On Sunday 16th October four volunteers planted a couple of bags of daffodil bulbs near the Vaynol Arms junction of the A4244. Flowers were planted next to the bus stop as well. Hopefully, they will make a bit of a splash of colour come springtime!

We will be planting bulbs (snowdrops, crocus, daffodils, bluebells) on the green outside Hen Gapel (Queen’s Terrace) Rhyd y Groes. We will also assess the feasibility of planting on one of the roadside embankments.
