We have heard reports of the local Buzzard being aggressive to several runners and cyclists. This appears to be occurring along the lane from Pont y Felin to the substation. It is possible that the buzzard, a protected species, is protecting its mate and/or nest of young in a nearby tree. Therefore this behaviour may only last for the duration of the nesting season. It maybe more apparent because of the increase in numbers using that lane at this time. However, it maybe advisable to choose a different exercise route for the time being.
