Wildflower Meadow

The picture show Sarah Collick of the Social Farms and Gardens Team of Gwynedd Council putting in plug plants in an area previously sown with wildflower seeds.

The plug plants are mainly yellow rattle but also evening primrose, vetch, trefoil, cranesbill and ox-eye daisy.

They were watered in and the next day it rained so they are off to a good start.

Poster displayed to discourage mowing in planted area.
